We dominate niche verticals with better carrier access, tighter operations, and a sales system designed to close. This role is for a producer who wants volume, support, and uncapped upside. What You Get
- Highly qualified inbound leads. Minimal cold hunting.
- 50% commission on all written premium. No cap.
- Core producers close \~$3M\+ annually. Target $1\.5mm 1st year
- Full carrier market access across both verticals.
- Dedicated CSR support for quoting, service, and follow\-up.
- Internal systems automate \~80% of admin work.
- Monthly and quarterly bonuses, contests, and incentives.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to bind.
- Convert inbound opportunities into bound policies.
- Maintain clean, accurate pipeline management in CRM.
- Submit complete, high\-quality applications to carriers.
- Build trust quickly with church leadership and nonprofit operators.
- Operate independently within a defined system.

- Active 220 License \& Commercial Insurance Experience

- Comfortable engaging with diverse religious and nonprofit organizations
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to understand client insurance requirements and present customized coverage options.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively to close sales while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers across diverse markets.
- Stay informed on industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive health information, to uphold ethical standards.
- Proven success in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Experience in insurance sales or related financial services is highly desirable, along with familiarity with sales administration tools.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and benefits administration processes to enhance client engagement strategies.
- Ability to handle telemarketing activities professionally while maintaining compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA.
