Prime Emergency Dental is a 100% emergency\-only dental office in Edmonds, WA. We do not do routine cleanings, checkups, or scheduled preventive care. Every patient who walks through our door is in pain and needs help today. That focus means our doctors work on high\-acuity, high\-value cases — not a conveyor belt of low\-ticket appointments.
We are open 7 days a week, 9AM to 8PM, and we serve over 20 communities across Snohomish and North King County.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a licensed dentist to join our team on a part\-time, flexible basis — just 1 to 2 days per week. This role is specifically designed for a doctor who wants to stay clinically active, earn at a high level, and do it completely on their own terms.
This is not a production grind. You will not see 20 to 30 patients in a day. You may see a handful — and still produce $3,000 or more from a single patient. Our case mix is built around root canals, extractions, infection management, and other high\-value emergency procedures. If you are proficient in those areas, you will earn well here without the burnout.

This position is ideal for a dentist who:
- Is semi\-retired or fully retired and wants to stay clinically active a day or two per week

- Active Washington State dental license in good standing
- Proficiency in root canal therapy and tooth extractions — required
