The Campus Director provides overall leadership, management, and accountability for all educational programs, faculty, and campus operations at Southeastern Health and Wellness Institute – Charleston. This role ensures excellence in instruction, compliance with all accrediting and regulatory bodies, and the delivery of an exceptional student experience. The Campus Director serves as the primary academic, administrative and operational leader of the campus. This position requires a high level of visibility, ownership, and accountability across academics, compliance, enrollment support, financial coordination and student success initiatives. The Campus Director plays a critical role in maintaining institutional integrity, supporting growth, and fostering a culture of professionalism, transparency, and continuous improvement.

- 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to all instructors across programs including Esthetics, Massage Therapy, Clinical Medical Assistant, and future programs at the Charleston, SC campus.
- Maintain a firm understanding of all institutional programs, curricula, schedules and licensure requirements
- Oversee curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and adherence to institutional learning outcomes.
- Conduct routine classroom observations and instructional audits and clinical floor oversight to ensure instructional quality and compliance.
- Schedule and lead weekly faculty meetings to review academic performance, student progress, attendance trends, student concerns, outcomes, and instructional updates.
- Support instructors with professional development, licensure compliance, and continuing education.
- Serve as a Notary Public for the campus and notarize required student documentation as applicable
- Complete all State Board documentation and licensure\-related forms with students and conduct student exit interview
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of student records including attendance, grades, academic progress, counseling notes, and completion outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agencies including SC LLR, CHE, COE, and NHA.
- Monitor student attendance, retention, academic progress, licensure readiness and student satisfaction; implement interventions and student success initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a working and functional understanding of financial aid and veteran affairs process, including verification requirements and student eligibility
- Meet with students as needed to discuss required financial aid documentation and review official offer letters upon students start dates
- Collaborate closely with the Columbia Campus Financial Aid Department to discuss and support accurate and timely processing of federal funding
- Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring classrooms, clinics, labs, break rooms, and restrooms meet the highest standards of sanitation and presentation.
- Work directly with instructors and custodial staff to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and compliance.
- Coordinate with facilities and leadership to ensure equipment, supplies, and instructional areas are operational and safe.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and monthly sanitation audits.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and institutional health and safety policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of enrollment processes and institutional policies
- Conduct campus tours, enrollment meetings and assist with enrollment paperwork as needed
- Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of the institution to prospective students and families
- Support Columbia Campus Admissions with student onboarding and transition into programs
- Lead with professionalism, accountability, consistency, and positivity.
- Conduct periodic in\-service training for faculty and staff on compliance, instructional excellence, leadership, and communication.
- Identify areas of improvement and design targeted training initiatives to elevate performance
- Support collaboration between Admissions, Student Services, Finance, and Clinical Operations.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership on accreditation renewals, program development, and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Southeastern Health and Wellness Institute at community events, workforce meetings, and professional networking opportunities as needed.
- Maintain a visible, accessible, and supportive presence for students, faculty, and staff.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s Degree in Education, Health Sciences, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in postsecondary, vocational, or allied health education
- Must be a Notary Public or able to obtain notary commission upon hire
- Strong working knowledge of accreditation and compliance processes (COE, CHE, LLR, NHA)
- Demonstrated understanding of federal funding processes and student eligibility requirements
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive, high\-performing culture

- The Campus Director is required to fully understand, follow, and enforce all policies and procedures outlined in the Southeastern Health and Wellness Institute Student Catalog AND Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual.
- This role is responsible for ensuring that all faculty and staff adhere to SOPs related to academics, operations, sanitation, compliance, student services, and professional conduct.
