We are looking for a candidate who resides in Maricopa County, AZ for a fully remote part\-time position. Interviews will be scheduled in early May.

The North American Quitline Consortium (NAQC) is a non\-profit organization that promotes evidence\-based quitline services across diverse communities in North America. RESPONSIBILITIES

The North American Quitline Consortium (NAQC) is seeking a part\-time Program Assistant (10\-12 hours per week) to provide administrative and operational support in the areas of membership, communications, website maintenance, and meeting support. The Program Assistant reports to the Director of Administration and Membership. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Membership

  • Maintain and update records in the membership database, including renewals, staff changes, and related account updates. Prepare and revise member invoices.
  • Communications

  • Maintain and update contact lists in email distribution systems and listservs.
  • Meeting Support

  • Assist with scheduling meetings for staff and partner calendars.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize recordings or transcripts as directed.
  • Track meeting attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors and verify records for accuracy.
  • Prepare and update registration invoices.
  • Develop certificates of attendance for CE credits.
  • Website Maintenance

  • Update website content as directed.
  • EDUCATION \& EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two (2\) years of administrative, membership, communications, event support, or related office experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and
  • *attention to detail*.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/spreadsheet systems.
  • Experience with data entry, email marketing platforms, and list management tools preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, service\-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced
*remote work environment*. Must have a high\-speed internet connection.

COMPENSATION

Expected pay ranges from $22\-24 per hour based on experience. NAQC provides employees 20 paid days off per year; generous 401(k) benefits; and reimbursement for self\-purchased health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Employees also receive a stipend for using home internet and phone.
