Position Summary:
This position provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient day\-to\-day operations. The role supports a wide range of functions, including administrative coordination, technology and systems management, human resources processes, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and technologically proficient. This role also requires the ability to support organizational initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, mission\-driven team serving individuals and families.Preferred Qualifications:
· 3\+ years of experience in administrative support, with background or knowledge in human services or child welfare issues preferred.
· Technologically proficient, including advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and systems.
· Able to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and digitally.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support, including:
o Assist with supply inventory and vendor relationships, ordering supplies and technology\-related resources as needed.
o Provide support with planning and coordinating organizational events such as trainings, conferences, and partner meetings, including preparation of digital and printed materials.
o Update and maintain reports, flyers, business cards, and other marketing materials as requested.
o Draft and distribute meeting invitations, reminders, and follow\-up communications using email and calendar systems.
o Prepare and submit travel reimbursement and purchase request.
o Assist with data entry, filing, and record\-keeping.
o Collaborate with team members using online task management systems to track assignments and deadlines.
· Provide administrative support related to compliance and human resources functions, including:
o Assist in updating and maintaining records related to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
o Assist in preparing documentation for audits, reviews, and reporting requirements.
o Research potential grant opportunities, assist with writing, and organize supporting documents for grant applications and progress reports.
o Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new hires.
· Develop and maintain trust and positive relationships with Restore Hope partners and stakeholders.
· Advocate for individuals and families.
· Participate in Restore Hope meetings and training.
· Promote organization and community collaboration.
· Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the professional standards of Restore Hope.
· Other job duties as assigned.
