Job Summary

Maverick Exteriors is seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This person must have past experience in the roofing or contracting industry. This vital role combines phone answering with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail\-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to create a welcoming environment for in bound calls and provide essential clerical support across various departments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and friendly workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phones warmly, and direct inquiries efficiently using an internet phone system and excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming calls, screen and route calls appropriately, and maintain professional communication at all times
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements using tools like Google Workspace and Calendar
  • Perform data entry, and document management with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with Client Relations duties using Go High Level and Job Nimbus software
  • Provide 10 second customer response times and support by addressing inquiries promptly, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors
  • Requirements

    * Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including technology savvy, data entry, and document proofreading

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Strong computer literacy including familiarity with internet phone systems and basic office equipment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • * Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in roofing or contracting settings is a plus

  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for supporting executive schedules
