Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, answer multi\-line phone systems, and schedule appointments efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance verification, and handle medical billing processes including collection of payments and copays.
- Manage patient intake forms, update medical records, and review documentation for accuracy in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized medical records using systems
- Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms, managing clinic supplies, and assisting with basic clerical duties
- Ensure compliance with health information management standards and assist in the review of care plans and medical documentation.
- Maintain excellent patient service by demonstrating professional phone etiquette, managing appointment reminders, and providing clear communication about clinic procedures.
Spanish or Korean speaking preferred
Pay: $18\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour
