To attain the maximum annual salary, employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus:

- Coordinate and manage the full scholarship lifecycle, including application setup, promotion, review processes, award selection, and distribution.
- Ensure all scholarship awards align with donor intent, established criteria, and institutional policies, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Aid office to support proper awarding, disbursement, and application of scholarship funds to student accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate scholarship and recipient records within the Foundation’s database, ensuring timely updates and clear documentation of awards and fund usage.
- Communicate with students, donors, and campus partners regarding scholarship opportunities, application requirements, award notifications, and follow\-up expectations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or other related fields; plus, two (2\) years of related progressively responsible experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Experience working in a professional office environment in a mid\-level support role (such as Administrative Assistant, Data Analyst, or Executive Assistant), with exposure to nonprofit or advancement work (including Development, Stewardship, or Database support roles) considered a plus.
