Swim School Receptionist - 1 year experience required

Saguaro Aquatics is now interviewing Front Desk representative candidates for both of our indoor aquatics facilities here in Tucson. We are in our 19th year of providing swimming lessons for ages 6 month to adult. We offer an upbeat, safe and rewarding work environment, a state of the art pool facility and staff lounge, convenient hours, and competitive pay. We use a detailed manual and extensive side by side training, to teach you the necessary job specific skills. We are looking for someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, is willing to invest themselves in learning how to do a great job of taking care of our clients and staff, and bring a positive attitude with them to work each day.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service and/or administrative office experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills required using Word, Excel, Dropbox, and other software
• BE HAPPY and enjoy working with children and adult clients
• Must pass a background check
• CPR/First aid certification Required

* Availability to work at either location, day, evening and weekend

* Availability to work every Saturday shifts is required

* Shifts are as follows : \*(training shifts may be different)

Schedule locations and requirements: \~ 27 hours/week

SUN: OFF

MON: 10:00am \- 3:30pm at PIMA

TUE: 9:00am \- 3:30pm at PIMA

WED: \OFF (\attend a weekly virtual team meeting 1:30\-2:30\)

THU: OFF

FRI: 1:30pm \- 7:30pm at PIMA

SAT: (alternating LOCATIONS each week)

9am \- 6:30pm at PIMA / 9am\-4:00pm at THOR

Job description and responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all clients and staff with a smile, provide exceptional client experience for all families
• Be knowledgeable on our programs and process new client registration/sales
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct all phone calls in a professional manner
• Check voicemail and email correspondence and respond in a timely manner
• Assists clients with use of the online parent portal to schedule make up classes
• Processing Payments
• Resolve client concerns with respectful and professional approach
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, changing areas, restrooms, and pool deck, during and at the end of every shift
• Provides occasional administrative support for management staff
• Enforce company policies
• Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Assist with first aid if/when necessary.
