Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Travel Assistant for a 3\-month full\-time contract to support leadership with domestic and international travel arrangements. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage high\-touch, fast\-paced travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel for leadership, including air, hotel, ground transportation, as needed
- Manage last\-minute changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions with urgency and professionalism
- Ensure all travel aligns with company policies and executive preferences
- Provide proactive itinerary management and real\-time support during travel
- Maintain accurate travel records, expense documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with executive assistants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences
- 2\+ years of experience in corporate or executive travel coordination
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership
- Strong working knowledge of domestic travel booking
- Experience in Concur (booking and expense management)
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment
- Strong communication and problem\-solving skills
- Background in global travel logistics, including visa and compliance requirements
- Experience working in large corporate or enterprise environments
- A proactive, solutions\-oriented professional who anticipates executive needs
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Flexibility to accommodate urgent or after\-hours travel changes when necessary
- 3\-month contract
- Full\-time hours (standard business hours with flexibility as needed)
