Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney to join an expanding remote legal services provider, supported by a UK\-based legal group with a growing U.S. footprint.

This fully remote role offers flexibility, pre\-qualified consultations, and the opportunity to deliver high\-quality family law services to clients across the city of Dallas, Texas.

The Role

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct pre\-booked video consultations with clients on all types of family law matters within the city of Dallas.
• Advising and representing clients in a broad range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, asset division, domestic violence, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and modification proceedings
• Manage your own active caseload with full remote flexibility
• Share insights and collaborate with a wider legal team, when appropriate
• Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and best practice standards
• Availability for evening and weekend consultations (optional, but preferred)

Essential Requirements

* Active Bar License.

* Minimum two years’ experience handling family law cases

• Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation in Texas State.
• Client\-focused, empathetic, and capable of building strong rapport remotely
• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
• Additional spoken languages are an advantage
