Job Summary:
We Care Home Care LLC is a growing home care agency in Hiram, GA seeking a professional, dependable, and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to daily operations and plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting caregivers, and assisting clients and families seeking quality home care services.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and organized client and caregiver files in compliance with state and agency requirements
- Assist with onboarding new caregivers, including collecting and verifying required documentation
- Speak with potential caregivers and provide information about employment opportunities
- Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
- Provide information and support to prospective clients and family members seeking home care services
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Answer incoming calls and manage daily communication
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Pass important information to administration as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, clients, and partners
- Assist with additional administrative and compliance\-related tasks as needed
- Strong computer literacy is required
- Ability to read, write, and compose professional emails
- Ability to create and use email templates
- Ability to bookmark, organize, and navigate required websites and systems efficiently
- Ability to work across multiple systems with minimal assistance
- High level of professionalism at all times
- Strong organizational, time\-management, and follow\-up skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Must be able to learn independently through video\-recorded training
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Home care or healthcare experience is a plus
- Consistent full\-time schedule (no weekends)
- Weekly pay every Friday
