Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: $16\.00 per hour (Weekly pay – Fridays)

Job Summary:

We Care Home Care LLC is a growing home care agency in Hiram, GA seeking a professional, dependable, and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to daily operations and plays a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting caregivers, and assisting clients and families seeking quality home care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and organized client and caregiver files in compliance with state and agency requirements
  • Assist with onboarding new caregivers, including collecting and verifying required documentation
  • Speak with potential caregivers and provide information about employment opportunities
  • Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
  • Provide information and support to prospective clients and family members seeking home care services
  • Follow up with prospective clients
  • Answer incoming calls and manage daily communication
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Pass important information to administration as needed
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, clients, and partners
  • Assist with additional administrative and compliance\-related tasks as needed
  • Required Skills \& Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy is required
  • Ability to read, write, and compose professional emails
  • Ability to create and use email templates
  • Ability to bookmark, organize, and navigate required websites and systems efficiently
  • Ability to work across multiple systems with minimal assistance
  • High level of professionalism at all times
  • Strong organizational, time\-management, and follow\-up skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Must be able to learn independently through video\-recorded training
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Home care or healthcare experience is a plus
