As a Phone Team Member, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support to patients, addressing inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.

Position Overview:

Anywhere Clinic is looking for a dedicated Phone Team Member to join our remote team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare administration and customer service to gain valuable experience in a dynamic telehealth environment. As a Phone Team Member, you'll be responsible for addressing client inquiries, documenting information accurately, and supporting the overall efficiency of our remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via phone calls to address inquiries, provide assistance, and offer support in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Enter client information accurately into our internal systems, ensuring completeness and confidentiality of all records.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills while interacting with clients and internal team members.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail when managing client records and documenting information.
  • Work collaboratively with other Phone Team members and clinical staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient client support.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and handle client inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Document and verify insurance information provided by clients accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions for future reference and evaluation by management.
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with individuals over the phone and providing support and assistance.
  • Organized and detail\-oriented approach to tasks and data entry.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
  • Familiarity with using previous EHR and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in customer service or phone support essential.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, confidential workspace for remote work is a MUST.
