SUMMARY

This role supports the day‑to‑day operations of the office and provides administrative assistance across departments, including executive leadership. This is an entry‑level position, and prior administrative experience is not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a professional office environment.

The Administrative Assistant plays an essential role in maintaining an efficient, organized, and professional workplace and supporting a growing team.

Hourly Pay: Starting at $16/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception \& Office Support

  • Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer the front door and direct guests to the appropriate personnel or meeting spaces
  • Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and ready throughout the day
  • General Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist the Administrative Department with assigned tasks
  • Support a variety of administrative needs as they arise; responsibilities may vary day to day
  • Assist with data entry, documentation preparation and recordkeeping as needed
  • Schedule or coordinate meetings and appointments when requested
  • Support internal communications by distributing information and updates as directed
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Executive \& Customer Support

  • Provide administrative support to company executives as assigned
  • When directed, serve as the initial point of contact for incoming customer inquiries
  • Collect required information using provided templates or forms
  • Forward accurate information to the appropriate internal teams and follow up when needed
  • Assist with additional duties as the company grows; clear instructions and guidance will always be provided
  • Supplies \& Inventory

  • Act as the primary point of contact for non‑production supply requests across departments
  • Monitor inventory levels for office and facility supplies
  • Report low stock and submit reorder requests according to established procedures
  • Receive, organize, and store supply deliveries
  • Follow all Admin Department guidelines and processes
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
  • Comfortable working in a professional office setting
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Vietnamese (a plus, not required)

WORKING CONDITIONS

Full\-time, on\-site at PrintDash in Richardson, TX. Standard Monday–Friday schedule. Regular movement throughout the office and stockroom. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs for supply and package handling.
