The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with HR leadership to provide full cycle recruiting activities to support hiring activities across all PF Holding business units. This position will be an integral part of the HR team by interacting with candidates, hiring managers, administrative assistants, as well as various internal department leaders as needed.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting Talent Acquisition activities across all PF Holding business units providing full cycle recruitment support including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, phone screening, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Build key relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to advance the Talent Acquisition function.
- Coordinate virtual and on\-site interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data by updating applicant tracking system records ensuring all talent acquisition metrics and reports are available.
- Travel up to 25% to support offsite initiatives such as career fairs and employer events.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 3\+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Onboarding, or similar Human Resources role. Experience supporting multi\-site organizations preferred.
- 3\+ years experience with HRIS, ATS, CRM, or related software required. Dayforce experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Able to read, speak and write English.
- Ability to use sophisticated computer software programs to achieve job functions.

- Gripping, reaching, writing, fingering (data entry), handling (paper, files, etc) – frequent
- Able to work under stressful conditions at times.

- Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week unless otherwise directed by manager.
