GFM is currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Contractor to join our content services team in the Denver metro area.

We're looking for a curious, entrepreneurial strategist who still loves rolling up their sleeves to create compelling content. This is not a role for someone who has moved purely into oversight mode. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands\-on execution. This role represents an exciting opportunity to work with mission\-driven clients in the nonprofit, government, outdoor conservation and healthcare sectors.

Your work with the agency will vary based on client needs and account assignments. As a Digital Marketing Contractor, you can expect to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, adapting content and approaches to maximize engagement for each channel
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns
  • Lead full\-cycle influencer marketing programs from identification and outreach through contract negotiation, creative brief development, relationship management and results reporting
  • Understand and leverage the full consumer lifecycle, identifying where each channel and message plays a strategic role
  • Quickly learn and adapt GFM’s established social media strategy processes while bringing fresh ideas and innovations
  • Ideate, curate and develop differentiated social content across multiple platforms
  • Develop digital campaign reports and effectively distilling data for senior management and/or clients
  • Collaborate with content team members who serve as QA partners on all deliverables
  • Skills/Qualification:

  • Minimum 5\+ years of progressive experience in digital content, social media strategy, email marketing and execution
  • Deep technical and strategic experience with email marketing beyond content creation. You can build sophisticated automation workflows, design multi\-touch nurture campaigns with behavioral triggers, optimize audience growth and segmentation, implement list hygiene protocols and integrate email platforms with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to own the complete influencer marketing process from identification and vetting through contract negotiation, creative brief development, relationship management and campaign measurement
  • Experience building and executing social media strategies and creating content across diverse brand voices, with deep understanding of platform\-specific best practices and engagement strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit
  • Hands\-on experience creating platform\-native social media content (static posts, carousel content and vertical video)
  • Confidence leading client meetings, presenting strategies, managing day\-to\-day communications and handling challenging situations professionally
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands\-on execution
  • Experience working with a variety of social media management platforms, email marketing tools, influencer platforms and analytics/reporting tools; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
