Front Desk Receptionist
- Location: Redondo Beach, CA (Onsite)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday \| 7:30/8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
- Compensation: $26–$30/hr (Contract\-to\-Hire) \| $30/hr upon conversion \+ full benefits \+ equity
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, including high\-level and government guests
- Manage daily front desk operations in a high foot\-traffic environment
- Coordinate visitor check\-in and badging using a visitor management system (training provided)
- Partner closely with security and facilities teams to ensure proper access control and protocols
- Manage and coordinate conference room calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Support internal communication via Microsoft Teams and Slack
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and general administrative support as needed
- 5–10\+ years of front desk or receptionist experience (required)
- Proven experience in professional, corporate, or high\-security environments
- Microsoft Outlook (calendar management required)
- Microsoft Teams and/or Slack
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with executives, external partners, and government visitors
- Highly reliable with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in aerospace or similar industries is a plus, but not required
- Someone who enjoys front desk work and wants to stay in this type of role long\-term
