Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help keep our office running efficiently and foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors
  • Coordinate and schedule service calls with customers and Service Manager
  • Provide certificate of insurances to clients as needed
  • Operate phone systems to handle inquiries and route calls efficiently
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using office management software
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Proofread documents, correspondence, and reports for accuracy and clarity
  • Assist with other general administrative tasks as needed
  • Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with office management, clerical tasks, data entry, and filing systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and staff
  • Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support best practices
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant a PLUS, especially in trades or construction

    Pay: $18\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
