Duties:
\- Analyze financial information to prepare accurate and timely tax returns
\- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the tax preparation process
\- Utilize technical accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
\- Perform clerical duties such as organizing and maintaining client files
\- Use 10\-key typing skills to input data accurately and efficiently
\- Identify potential sales opportunities for additional services or products
\- Collaborate with corporate accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Skills:
\- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial information
\- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
\- Proficient in technical accounting principles and tax laws
\- Fast and accurate 10\-key typing skills
\- Sales\-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross\-selling
\- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices and procedures
\- Knowledge of the market trends and changes in tax laws
This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance, along with excellent customer service abilities.
