PMHNPs — we are building an integrated psychiatry \+ therapy model where providers actually collaborate and clients get real care.
We are bringing on 1–2 PMHNPs to grow with us.
This is NOT a high\-volume, churn\-and\-burn practice.
What we focus on:

- Integrated care: med management \+ therapy when clinically appropriate
- Client population: “working well” mostly women struggling with narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, ADHD, perimenopause
- Integrating psychotherapy techniques into psychiatric sessions
- Billing \+ admin handled
- A licensed PMHNP who wants to practice with depth, not just manage meds and move on
- Naturally curious about what’s driving the symptoms, not just treating them
- Someone who values working with therapists, not around them
- Interested in (or already practicing) integrating therapy skills into your psychiatric sessions
- Looking for a clinical home, not just another contract
- Self\-directed, comfortable working via telehealth and reliable, but not looking to white\-knuckle it alone
- Aligned with the idea that sustainable caseloads produce better outcomes for everyone
