- Bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education, certification, experience.
- Minimum of 5 years similar experience in a related role, with records management experience with some familiarity on benefits policies.
- Intermediate proficiency in interpreting HR and Benefits policies.
- Intermediate proficiency in analyzing data, including the use of Vlookup, Pivot tables and query to audit and reconcile complex benefit datasets across multiple relational systems.

Job Summary
Reporting to the HR Records Supervisor, you will maintain and audit human resources and benefit information for our employees, benefit eligible students, retirees, survivors and COBRA participants. You will analyze system data to answer escalated employee questions related to their employment and benefits information. An area of your work is aligning policies, guidelines and eligibility rules with requested changes and following transaction processing procedures.
