We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech\-savvy Personal Assistant to support both personal and business\-related tasks.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities, anticipate needs, and operate independently with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar management and scheduling appointments
Running local errands and coordinating services
Managing household organization and tasks
Coordinating vendors, maintenance, and deliveries
Assisting with Airbnb/property management operations
Online research, booking travel, and making reservations
Handling administrative and light business support tasks
Gift purchasing, event support, and general coordination
Bill reminders, document organization, and follow\-ups
Qualifications:
Must be local to Linwood, NJ or nearby
Strong organizational and time\-management skills
Excellent communication and follow\-through
Comfortable with email, Google tools, and online platforms
Reliable transportation required
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
Preferred:
Prior personal assistant, executive assistant, or admin experience
Experience with property management or small business support
Work Environment:
Flexible schedule
Combination of remote and in\-person tasks
