Job Summary
We are a growing Environmental service\-based company looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support basic office and financial tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or currently in school who is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working on a computer.
The position will start part\-time, with a clear path to full\-time as responsibilities grow. Raises and salary opportunities will be considered as the role expands.
Work Location \& Flexibility
This role is expected to be fully in\-office in Graham, NC during training and onboarding. Hybrid or remote work may be available after trust, reliability, and communication are established.
Responsibilities
\- Preparing and sending invoices (direction provided)
\- Paying bills and tracking expenses
\- Assisting with credit applications and basic documentation
\- Reviewing service tickets and helping generate invoices (with training)
\- Assisting with payroll review over time
\- Helping schedule work and communicate with clients and vendors
\- General administrative tasks as needed
\- Organizing digital files and records
Preferred Skills
\- QuickBooks experience preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
\- Basic Microsoft 365 experience, especially Excel and Outlook
\- Comfortable working across multiple applications
\- Familiarity with cloud file storage (OneDrive or similar)
\- General computer proficiency and attention to detail

Compensation
$20/hour, with opportunity for increased hours, raises, and full\-time conversion as the role grows.
