Research NXT is a 10\-year\-old research and intelligence company based in India. We help B2B technology companies understand their markets. When a software company wants to know which businesses to sell to, which decision\-makers to reach, and how their competitors are positioned, they come to us. Our analysts do the digging, structure the findings, and deliver intelligence that drives real business decisions.
Bamboo Reports is our flagship platform, built over three years by our own team. It is used by global technology vendors, consulting firms, and investors to plan their India strategy.
We are a small, analyst\-led team. Bootstrapped. Profitable since day one. In 2025, we rebuilt our entire platform using AI\-assisted development, and AI now runs across our research workflow. We are hiring our next batch of Research Associates who will learn the craft of intelligence work, and grow with us as we scale.

Who We Are Looking For
We want curious, sharp\-eyed freshers who love finding things on the internet. If you have ever gone down a Wikipedia rabbit hole for three hours, spent a weekend researching which laptop to buy, or pieced together information from LinkedIn, company websites, and news articles to understand a company, you might be our kind of person.
This role is about:
- Secondary research across the open web, company websites, LinkedIn, financial reports, and industry sources
- Reading between the lines of what companies say to find what they actually do
- Structuring messy information into clean, usable datasets
- Learning how to use AI tools to do research faster, sharper, and at scale
- How AI is changing the research profession, and how to stay ahead of it
- How to structure data like a product, not just a report
- How B2B companies use intelligence to make real decisions
- What good analytical thinking looks like, from analysts who have been doing this for two decades
- You have your own laptop or PC at home with power backup
- You have a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection and a quiet space to work
- You are comfortable reading and writing in English
- You know your way around MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- You can search the internet like a detective, not just a casual user

What You Get
Selection Process
Round 1: System Check (10 minutes). Shortlisted candidates receive an email with instructions to confirm their setup.
Round 2: Research Assignment (1 day). We give you a short basic training, followed by a data assignment. This tells us how you think, not just what you know.
Round 3: Technical and Personal Interview. A conversation about your assignment, your curiosity, and how you approach problems.
Selected candidates begin a one\-month paid on\-the\-job training.
