What You?ll Do
As a Sales Assistant, you?ll play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales calls and identify customer needs (residential \& commercial security, fire, CCTV, etc.)
Generate and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow\-up
Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives
Maintain accurate customer records and sales tracking systems
Coordinate job information between sales and production teams
Track sales activity, commissions, and reporting metrics
Assist with marketing efforts and lead generation campaigns
Conduct customer follow\-ups to ensure satisfaction and quality control
Act as a key liaison between customers and the sales team
What We?re Looking For
1\+ year of sales or sales support experience preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, CRM systems)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office
Customer\-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
