Physical Therapy Assistant

Lakeside Physical Therapy is a family\-owned outpatient clinic that has been caring for Western Sussex County since 2009\. We have two offices in Laurel and Seaford, and also offer Home Health PT services. We are looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Laurel team, aligning with our values for effective care, professionalism, mutual respect, and community\-based service.

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. In this energetic position, you will collaborate closely with licensed physical therapists to implement personalized treatment plans that promote recovery, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life. Your expertise in physiotherapy techniques and patient\-centered care will help patients of all ages regain independence and achieve their health goals.   • Full Time
  • Primarily in the Laurel office
  • Flexibility in working in the Seaford office as needed
  • We are looking for applicants with:

  • Clinical competency rooted in evidence\-based medicine
  • The ability to curate and adapt effective treatment plans across a diverse population panel, with a primary focus on geriatric orthopedic care
  • A drive for life\-long learning, continuing education, and professional growth
  • A strong sense of professionalism relating to punctuality, timely note\-taking, professional dress, and maintaining a functional, clean space

  • Experience:

  • Delaware PT License (Required)
  • Accepting New Graduate
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience (Preferred)
