The Role:
The Role
To provide administrative support to the USTA National Tennis Center’s Administration offices. Responsible for handling multiple projects throughout the year and while present at the front desk reception area, greeting and assisting guests in a friendly \& professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager/EA and back up support to COO when the Office Manager/EA is out of the office
- Provide administrative support to the Event Services department including but not limited to submitting invoices, ordering staff uniforms for non\-US Open events and coordinating meals for seasonal staff for non\-US Open events
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of US Open Uniforms; including ordering, tracking, and delivery and distribution through the completion of the event
- Maintain the full\-time staff PTO dashboard and provide periodic balance updates to Directors
- Responsible for ordering, distributing, and keeping inventory for all office supplies, snacks, and coffee for year\-round staff and US Open seasonal staff (Seasonal Administration \& Event Services)
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and service agreements. Ensure all equipment is functional and all supplies are on hand at all times
- Work with Office Manager and NTC Culture Committee to plan and execute year\-round staff events, including team building and social gatherings
- Assist with US Open seasonal recruitment efforts with administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to hiring plans, training calendar, etc.
- Coordinate the US Open Rewards and Recognition program for all US Open seasonal staff and provide recommendations for improvements
- Create and distribute US Open daily Brief Sheets
- Other duties as assigned by Office Manager, NTC
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1\-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills; detail\-oriented and reliable for confidential matters
- Detail\-oriented with demonstrated ability to multi\-task and solve problems
- Reliable and trustworthy – able to handle confidential matters
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- This position is designated as Onsite and specific to the National Tennis Center
- Position is considered non\-exempt

The expected range for the annual base salary for this position is $48,000 \- $50,000\. Any additional pay or benefits a person may qualify for, are not included in this range. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
