- Processes accounts payable and check processing, accounts receivable billing and collections, and coordinates accounts payable/receivable with other departments.
- Processes employee refunds, travel expenses and other reports, disbursements, municipal court restitutions, payment refunds, purchase orders, invoices for city departments, utilities for City departments, and lien search payments and billing.
- Administers the City’s Purchasing Card program including review and approval of transactions, processing payment to bank, and creating/assigning purchasing cards for employees.
- Updates vendor files and processes 1099’s for both federal and state filing.
- Prepares, balances and records documents; reviews accuracy and ensures timely processing.
- Reconciles and balances cash from other departments; prepares bank deposit.
- Completes designated job tasks, special projects, and all other duties as assigned to meet team, department, and City goals while working cooperatively, efficiently, and productively in a team environment.
