    Position Summary

    We are hiring a full\-time Call and Lead Coordinator to be the front line of communication for our office. You’ll handle incoming calls, route communication to the right team members, and manage incoming leads in real time. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently.

    This is a structured, desk\-based position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay responsive throughout the day.

    Schedule

  • Monday\-Friday
  • 7:30 AM \- 5:00 PM
  • No nights, weekends or holidays
  • Year\-round, full\-time position
  • Lunch at your desk (full shift is paid)
  • Pay

  • Base $16/hr \+ overtime \= approximately $42,600 per year

  • What You Will Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Route calls to the appropriate team member or take a message
  • Schedule technicians to return calls when needed
  • Monitor incoming leads in real time and assign them to the appropriate staff
  • Take clear and accurate messages
  • Perform light administrative tasks (scanning, data lookup, basic entry, minor projects and general office support)
  • Answer the door and assist with basic front\-office needs
  • Remain at your desk and available so calls and leads are handled without delay
  • Serve as a backup for office staff by assisting callers with scheduling and booking jobs during high call volume or emergency situations
