Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive and culturally competent assessments of clients’ strengths and needs.
- Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients’ presenting concerns and circumstances.
- Meet with patients regularly to provide individual counseling, deliver patient\-centered treatment, and adapt treatment plans as necessary to advance patients’ goals.
- Deliver couples, family, or group therapy services if desired, possibly in collaboration with other clinicians in the practice.
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
