Lead Laboratory Assistant, Clinical Lab

As a vital member of our laboratory team, you’ll be on the front lines of patient care—collecting and processing specimens, supporting multiple lab departments, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll balance hands‑on technical work with customer service and clerical coordination, acting as the key connection between the lab, clinical teams, and our patients. Beyond the day‑to‑day, you’ll step into a leadership role by mentoring and training new lab assistants, helping them build strong adult and pediatric phlebotomy skills and setting them up for success. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on\-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
