Horizon Air Solutions is a fast\-growing HVAC company seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator to support daily operations as we continue to scale.
This is a critical behind\-the\-scenes role focused on coordination, administrative support, and ensuring smooth execution from sale to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks and job\-related documentation
- Coordinate installation schedules with crews and confirm logistics
- Communicate with customers before and after installations
- Assist with financing documentation and ensure all required paperwork is complete
- Maintain organized and up\-to\-date job files, invoices, and records
- Support internal operations to ensure jobs transition efficiently from sale to installation
- $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Full\-time position

- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
