Job Summary:

Commonwealth Motors, a leading auto dealership in Lawrence, Massachusetts, is seeking a Full Time Office Assistant/Biller/CVR/Title Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant/Biller/CVR/Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the day\-to\-day operations of our dealership. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling billing and title paperwork, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This is a Full Time, hourly position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Compensation \& Benefits:

This is a Full Time position with a competitive hourly pay of $23 to $26 , which will be paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the dealership, including sales, service, and finance
  • Manage billing and invoicing processes, including data entry, invoice creation, and payment processing
  • Handle all aspects of titling and registration for new and used vehicle sales
  • Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of vehicle titles, registrations, and liens
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to titling, registration, and vehicle sales
  • Communicate with third\-party vendors, such as banks and insurance companies, to resolve any title or registration issues
  • Assist with general office tasks, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and organizing documents
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team
  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or a related field is preferred
  • 1\-2 years of administrative or office experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Knowledge of vehicle titling and registration processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
