- Manage the lobby, conference rooms, breakroom, and supply closet to ensure they are tidy, presentable, and well\-stocked.
- Act as the primary contact for all vendors, courier services, and product representatives arriving at the office. Manage sign\-in procedures.
- Coordinate and track use of company car and guidelines related.
- Schedule and coordinate conference room bookings.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABLILITY
The Receptionist is responsible for being the face of our firm by creating a welcoming first impression. They will manage the front desk and welcome employees and guests with professional demeanor. This position will manage the lobby, conference rooms, breakroom, and supply closet to ensure they are tidy, presentable, and well\-stocked. This position will answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with the highest level of customer service.
Regular attendance is required.
EDUCATION
· High school diploma or equivalent GED through an accredited program.
EXPERIENCE
· 1\-3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
· Willingness to work as a team member, effectively follow instructions, and assist others as needed.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
· High attention to detail and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
· Ability to work and stay motivated independently.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi\-task.
· Ability to clearly speak, hear, write, understand, and communicate in English.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Requires excellent internal and external customer service skills.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

PHYSICAL/ MENTAL STRESS FACTORS
· Ability to walk, stoop, bend, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and lift and carry material weighing up to approximately 10 pounds.
· Moderate noise level exposure.
· Requirements of being at front desk during core business hours.

Schedule: Monday \- Friday, 8:30 a.m. \- 5:30 p.m. , with 1 hour for lunch
