About MayaMD

MayaMD is an AI\-driven healthcare platform focused on improving outcomes for high\-risk patients with chronic conditions. We partner with leading specialty groups—primarily nephrology—to deliver continuous care between visits through remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (PCM), and AI\-powered clinical tools.

Our mission is simple: make healthcare more accessible for all.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly execution\-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our clinical operations and patient enrollment engine.

This role sits at the center of the business—owning performance across:

  • Patient enrollment (RPM/PCM)
  • Team of medical assistants
  • Clinical support workflows
  • Program compliance and quality
  • You will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and operational efficiency while ensuring a high\-quality patient experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    1\. Clinical Operations Management

  • Manage our team of 20\+ medical assistants and their monthly care services
  • Ensure clinical protocols and escalation pathways are followed
  • Manage our customers in order to optimize our care programs for their patients
  • Maintain high\-quality documentation and program compliance (CMS guidelines)
  • 2\. Enrollment Operations Leadership

  • Own end\-to\-end patient enrollment performance across RPM and PCM programs
  • Manage and optimize outbound call workflows and scripting
  • Track and improve key metrics:

  • Conversion rate (consents / patients reached)
  • Enrollment volume per rep
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Train and coach enrollment staff to improve performance
  • 3\. Performance \& Metrics Ownership

  • Build and manage weekly operations dashboard:
  • Performance of medical assistants
  • Enrollment funnel metrics
  • Patient engagement rates
  • RPM compliance (readings, care time)
  • Churn / retention of patients
  • Use data to drive decisions and accountability across the team
  • Report insights and recommendations to leadership
  • 4\. Process Optimization \& Scaling

  • Standardize workflows across care management and enrollment teams
  • Implement playbooks for:
  • Patient outreach
  • Objection handling
  • Follow\-up cadence
  • Improve operational efficiency (cost per enrolled patient, staff productivity)
  • Support scaling from thousands to tens of thousands of patients
  • 5\. Cross\-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Product team (tools, workflows, dashboards)
  • Marketing (patient outreach strategy)
  • Clinical leadership (protocols, quality)
  • Executive team (reporting metrics on goals)
  • Serve as the bridge between strategy and execution
  • QualificationsMust\-Have

  • 4–8\+ years in operations, healthcare ops, or call center management
  • Experience in
  • RPM, CCM, PCM, or care management programs strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of
  • Medicare workflows and compliance

  • Proven track record of improving operational metrics (conversion, efficiency, retention)
  • Highly analytical — comfortable working with data and dashboards
  • Hands\-on leader (willing to get into the details, not just manage from above)
  • Who You Are

  • Relentlessly execution\-focused
  • Data\-driven and detail\-oriented
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and fast\-paced environments
  • Strong communicator who can manage both frontline staff and leadership
  • Motivated by building systems that scale and improve patient outcomes
