We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our property management team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations, excellent tenant communication, and efficient handling of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the property manager and management team
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and tenant inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain and organize tenant records, leases, and property files
  • Assist with rent collection tracking and follow\-ups on late payments
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and tenants
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and property showings
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and notices as needed
  • Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and onboarding of new tenants
  • Manage office supplies and general clerical duties
  • Qualifications

  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Customer service\-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $15\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Paris, TN 38242
