We are looking for a Support Specialist to join Sea Glass Wealth, an advisory team under Harbourfront’s umbrella. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys being hands\-on, highly organized, and involved in the day\-to\-day operations of a wealth management practice based on a remote basis (1 day per quarter in office)
You will provide administrative and client support to the Advisors, helping to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. This is a great opportunity for a detail\-oriented, proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast\-paced, team\-based environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Enhance advisor’s effectiveness by providing information management support ;
- Handle incoming telephone calls and emails;
- Assist with new client onboarding and help deliver a high\-quality, personalized client experience;
- General clerical and administrative duties: Data entry, filing and any other assigned administrative duties;
- Project and event planning – client events, sales and client experience initiatives;
- Organize and coordinate all conference calls and webinars;
- Coordinate the assembly and mailing of client paperwork (primarily virtually through Docusign);
- Liaise with insurance companies for existing policy management documentation and quotes;
- Schedule meetings, allocate sufficient preparation time for meetings, recognize and anticipate changes.
- Previous experience in an administrative, client service, or support role, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and calendars effectively;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, client\-focused approach;
- High attention to detail and comfort handling documentation, data entry, and confidential information;
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Teams, and DocuSign;
- A proactive, dependable mindset and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
The ideal candidate for this position has:
Salary Range: $50,000 \- $60,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
