- Ensure HIPAA compliant record keeping and communication with clients
- Follow all board required ethics, laws, and safety protocols
- Remain in good standing with the licensing board
- Publish blogs on divorce, children with anxiety, loss, etc.

Qualification Criteria
Commission \& Hourly Rate
50% Commission of session rate. $20 admin rate. On target yearly earnings of $80,000 \- $95,000
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full\-time position of approximately 30 hours per week, consisting of 22 client hours, plus approximately eight (8\) administrative hours.
This position offers flexible work hours set in coordination with the clinical director.

Work Environment
Hybrid \- Majority in the practice office while other job duties can be completed remotely. A strong internet connection is required for remote work.
