The Client Wellness Coordinator is part of the Client Wellness Team which is comprised of Client Wellness Managers and Health Promotions Strategists, under the leadership of the Director of Client Success.
The Client Wellness Coordinator joins the team at an entry level, and is primarily responsible for team administrative support and beginner client\-facing engagement. Primary responsibilities include interfacing with internal and external well\-being strategists to both support and share best practices in the delivery of health promotion programming and events. This position involves managing program execution from pre\-event programming to event logistics and follow up reporting to provide outstanding service.
This position provides successful candidates with potential growth opportunities to the Client Manager and Health Promotions Strategist positions.
This is a hybrid role, with some onsite time in our Great Barrington office required.
Core Responsibilities:
Primary:
Coordinate all aspects of wellness related event administration, management of system databases, interfacing with clients and their peripheral departments with an ongoing focus on client needs and solutions.
- Collaborate with team lead and clients on best practices for overall program planning, development, and delivery
- Coordinate programs and event logistics for clients, including marketing materials, staffing, shipping, reporting, and providing event updates to clients
- Meet deadlines and timelines in accordance with workflow protocols
- Coordinate software required for a successful program
- Manage client facing health fairs as needed
- Maintain and manage accurate records and data using internal Admin system and CRM (HubSpot)
- As needed, recruit and manage wellness professionals – vetting and event staffing.
- Highly organized yet can work in a flexible, fast\-paced environment
- 2\+ years in Administrative and customer support
- Very strong human relations skills are required to effectively perform in this role
- Strong team management, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong, written, verbal and analytical skills
- High proficiency in computer and internet use and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self\-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks with exhibited follow\-through and initiative
- Task oriented, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload
- Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self\-motivated, creative, and innovative
- Experience in Health Promotion, Business Administration or related field. Degree in Health Promotions is a plus!
- Minimum of 1\+ years proven administrator experience in a corporate environment required.
