Now Hiring Associate Clinicians

Jeffrey Gianelli, LCSW is hiring ambitious, trauma\-informed Associate AMFTs, APPCs, and ASWs to join a growing group private practice based in the California Bay Area. This is a great opportunity to complete your hours while building the clinical, marketing and business skills necessary to launch your own successful private practice upon licensure. Employed associates will have access to office space across multiple locations in the Bay Area (depending on availability), and may also work virtually, if so desired. Compensation is based on a percentage of the fees you generate.

Jeff would be your primary supervisor. See below for links to Jeff’s websites to learn more about him. Associates would be employees of , with access to a group of 15\-20 other associates, three other supervisors (for specialized consultations), and an administrative assistant/billing specialist.

Supervision Structure : Biweekly triad meeting with your supervisor and one other associate, with group supervision on alternating weeks. If you need more than one unit of supervision per week, that may be provided either through group supervision or an additional triad.

You are welcome to enroll with these companies through the practice and accept referrals through them, as well as build your own private\-pay client base. Guidance on marketing and finding your niche will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide competent, professional, ethical and in\-scope clinical care to clients, including documentation and treatment planning that meets the standard of care.

• Attend all supervision meetings or arrange substitute supervision as needed.
• Abide by the agreements in the Employment Contract
• Build a caseload of 8\-10 clients within 6 months of joining the practice and at least 15 within 9 months
• Track referrals, client insurance eligibility, copays and other payments.

Requirements

• Must be trained in EMDR
• Trauma informed
• Available in person in the Bay Area a plus
• Prior experience in a private practice group setting desired but not required
• Registered with BBS as associate

Pay: $18\.00 \- $185\.00 per hour
