Job Overview

The role of the Sales Administration Officer is to assist in processing incoming orders and deliver finalized orders to our 3PL for processing.

We are seeking someone with a high level of attention to detail, efficient, and has a strong customer service ethic to get the customers what they need in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing the database and customer details for accuracy in reporting.

They will work directly with the external sales team on a daily basis.

This role is work from home part\-time..

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Accurately enter and process sales orders within the company’s internal system.
  • Track and monitor order status to ensure timely updates.
  • Maintain and manage product and CRM databases, ensuring accurate and up\-to\-date information.
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
  • Assist with data entry and routine administrative reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with team members via email and virtual platforms.
  • Coordinate internal communications and team task management.
  • Support operational processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Manage account relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Experience

  • Located in the State of Texas.
  • Minimum 2 years prior administrative experience including accounts experience.
  • Proficiency using systems online.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Suite of programs including Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems
  • Excellent organizational and time\-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for email and virtual collaboration
  • Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
