We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and creating a welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
  • Perform clerical duties such as printing, filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Managing and updating contact lists.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Checking clients in with proper forms and tracking due dates for forms.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage schedules effectively.
  • Experience as a clerk or personal assistant is advantageous but not required.
