Duties

  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for creating reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize time management
  • Handle office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Support customer support efforts by addressing client questions via phone or email with courteous professionalism
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization to foster a welcoming environment for staff and visitors
  • Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry
  • Strong computer literacy including familiarity with QuickBooks, multi\-line phone systems, and general office software
  • Exceptional phone etiquette combined with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong time management skills
