Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant who can provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer\-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. This role is essential in making sure our customers stay happy and our drivers stay on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls.
- Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes for water delivery drivers
- Monitor live delivery progress and handle rescheduling or delays as needed
- Manage delivery scheduling, customer support, and basic office/admin duties.
- Process orders, invoices, and basic data entry
- Maintain accurate customer records and delivery instructions
- Utilize Google Workspace tools to collaborate with team members and manage documents.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in data entry and use of various software applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and dispatch/CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or office admin strongly preferred
- Positive attitude and a team\-first mindset
- Experience in customer service, sales, executive support.
