We're looking for an Operations \& Growth Manager who is equal parts executor and activator. You keep the business running smoothly while also driving the activity that makes it grow — agent recruiting, team culture, marketing execution, and making sure our founder is focused on the highest\-leverage work every single day.
This is not a passive support role. You will own outcomes. You will manage the recruiting pipeline, keep agents supported and producing, ensure marketing is running consistently, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hybrid position based in Chandler, AZ with daily in\-office presence required.
### Responsibilities
- Drive agent recruiting activity — manage the pipeline of prospective agents, coordinate outreach, schedule career nights and lunch and learns, and move candidates through the funnel. Agent growth is a core metric of this role.
- Support and retain existing agents — be the warm, reliable point of contact agents count on. Coordinate celebrations, closings, capping gifts, and ongoing support so agents never want to leave.
- Serve as the founder's right hand — manage schedules, priorities, and follow\-through so leadership stays focused on listings, recruiting, and vision. Your organization is what makes her effective.
- Implement marketing content across all channels — take approved concepts and turn them into executed social posts, mailers, video logistics, and campaigns that generate leads for the team.
- Coordinate events and culture moments — career nights, client events, agent celebrations, and team experiences. Own the logistics so every event feels effortless.
- Manage the recruiting and onboarding pipeline — from first contact through real estate school sponsorship, licensing support, and first\-day onboarding. You build the system that brings great agents in the door.
- Operate and optimize existing systems — own the tech stack, flag inefficiencies, implement improvements, and direct VAs toward the highest\-priority work.
- Experience in real estate operations, team management, recruiting, or a hybrid of these
- Proven ability to drive activity and hold yourself accountable to growth metrics
- Genuinely warm and relational — agents and clients feel supported when they work with you
- Strong marketing literacy — social scheduling, Canva or similar, basic video coordination
- Self\-directed with high follow\-through — you don't need to be managed, you need to be pointed
- Experience supporting a high\-output leader and making them more effective
- Comfortable managing and directing virtual assistants
- Familiarity with CRMs and real estate platforms is a plus; coachability is a requirement
- Must be local to or able to commute to Chandler, AZ daily
