Our bootcamp\-style certification program combines the European tonal system with the 12\-season model, grounded in color theory, art principles, and real\-world application. As we expand nationally, we're building a high\-functioning team to support our next chapter of growth.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to directly support the Founder and Brand Director of Color Match Method. This role will act as a strategic right hand — supporting day\-to\-day operations, communication, and project coordination — while creating structure to protect the time and energy of a fast\-moving creative founder.
You’ll also collaborate with the brand’s internal team (brand strategist, copywriter, designer, social media editor) and support critical areas such as calendar coordination, content creation and asset organization, CRM support, and outbound communication with students, potential collaborators and brand ambassadors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders
- Monitor and organize inbox communications
- Coordinate travel, appointments, and logistics for events and classes
- Upload student testimonials and video files into shared folders
- Respond to student inquiries via email and social media
- Follow up with past Bootcamp leads via email or DM
- Assist with student onboarding communication and scheduling
- Perform outreach to:
- Potential brand ambassadors (national search)
- Local/regional Bootcamp leads (within driving distance of Raleigh, NC)
- Event hosts and PR opportunities
- Assist with packing/shipping kits or tools
- Maintain inventory records and restock as needed
- Coordinate product orders with vendors
- Set up and manage internal projects in platforms like Monday.com
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and team progress
- Help organize lead lists and ambassador program data
- Keep student CRM profiles and notes up to date
