Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Support office management functions, ensuring a smooth operation of daily activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client relations.
- Familiarity with administrative responsibilities including clerical experience and personal assistant duties is advantageous.
