Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and results\-driven Senior Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, hospitality, and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple active projects, coordinate cross\-functional teams, manage subcontractors and vendors, and ensure all work aligns with company objectives, client expectations, building codes, and budgetary requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, construction operations expertise, and exceptional communication skills to drive project success across diverse project types. You will play a key role in managing schedules, budgets, field execution, quality control, permitting coordination, and client relations while leveraging systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Buildertrend for seamless project tracking and communication.

Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, and manpower forecasts using Microsoft Project, Excel, Buildertrend, and Google Workspace systems.
- Coordinate all phases of construction including preconstruction, permitting, subcontractor onboarding, material procurement, field operations, inspections, and closeout documentation.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, owner meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal status updates to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
- Oversee contract administration including subcontract agreements, change orders, vendor performance, scope verification, and pay application review.
- Manage risk by proactively identifying schedule conflicts, labor shortages, material lead times, design discrepancies, and site\-specific challenges while implementing practical mitigation strategies.
- Supervise project teams including assistant project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors while fostering accountability and operational excellence.
- Utilize Buildertrend, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and document control systems to track project milestones, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and communication logs.
- Maintain close coordination with estimating, accounting, procurement, and field leadership teams to ensure accurate cost control and project forecasting.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, permitting requirements, safety standards, engineering plans, and jurisdictional regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling efficiency, subcontractor performance, procurement workflows, and quality assurance systems.
- Lead project implementation efforts by coordinating resources across departments while maintaining cost controls, profitability targets, and client satisfaction.
- Extensive experience managing ground\-up construction, renovations, tenant improvements, exterior systems, and large\-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Proven leadership experience supervising project teams, field staff, subcontractors, and vendor relationships in fast\-paced construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, procurement sequencing, permitting, inspections, subcontractor management, and cost control practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, Project), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), and Buildertrend.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, pay applications, change order management, and project financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills for client\-facing updates, subcontractor coordination, and executive reporting.
- Strong problem\-solving and root cause analysis capabilities to proactively resolve site, scheduling, and scope\-related issues.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, contracts, and engineering documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality, safety, timelines, and profitability.
