Customer Service Representative (Home Services Scheduling)
$20\.00 – $23\.00 per hour \| Full\-Time \| In\-Office \| Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
Fortified Pest Management is a growing residential service company serving homeowners throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
This role is best suited for individuals with experience in home service industries such as Pest Control, HVAC, plumbing, or similar field\-service environments. Candidates from other high\-volume, phone\-based service roles will also be considered.
This is a structured, process\-driven position focused on handling customer communication, scheduling intake, and supporting daily office operations within an established system.
This role is not a dispatcher or operations management position. Routing and schedule optimization are handled separately through internal systems.
What This Role Involves
- Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Capturing service requests, customer needs, and scheduling constraints accurately
- Entering and maintaining accurate customer information in CRM systems
- Coordinating with technicians on day\-to\-day service updates and issues
- Processing service changes, reschedules, and internal requests
- Supporting office operations through documentation and administrative tasks
- Ensuring consistency and accuracy across all assigned responsibilities
- Routing or optimizing technician schedules
- Managing dispatch strategy or route design
- Creating or changing operational systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a service\-based office environment (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, medical, or similar)
- Experience handling phones consistently throughout the workday
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistency in daily tasks
