About the Role I’m a high\-volume, independent insurance agent working with clients across all 50 states. I’m looking for a
sharp, resourceful, and highly capable assistant who can operate like an extension of me, someone who is
excellent on the phone, tech\-savvy, and
thrives in a fast\-moving environment. This is not a basic admin role. Think more along the lines of a
hybrid between an account executive, sales assistant, and operations support.
\ - Engage with prospective and current clients through inbound and outbound telemarketing, text messaging, and personalized consultations to service insurance plans.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable ACA or Medicare plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration standards, and telemarketing regulations.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, demonstrating strong sales techniques and excellent communication skills to close deals effectively.
- Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients with benefits enrollment or changes.
\ - Valid insurance license in relevant jurisdictions; prior experience in insurance sales preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales or retail sales environments, with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities (Russian, Spanish)
- Experience with sales administration tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage customer data efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization.
